Please note: These links are not for sharing with parties outside of TCHHS. To share with patients, families or any external stakeholders, please share a link to a playlist via The Juiced App. We appreciate your understanding.

Below we have compiled each video playlist that has currently been created for TCHHS content.
To view a playlist -> open the Juiced App -> select the green book in the top right hand corner -> enter the code.
Remember, you can create any number of playlists for your own use. Please feel free to contact the Juiced Team to create a playlist for you if that is easier, and if you would like any printed collateral made to help share playlist details.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do you download the Juiced App
You can also search for “The Juiced App” in the
App Store (if you have an Apple iPad) OR the Play Store (if you have an Android tablet) and download
it from there.
Once the app has been downloaded, you will
be prompted to create a profile, follow this process to enjoy your very own Juiced experience!
How to log into the Healthcare Team Portal (aka Health Hub)
To access the Health Healthcare Teams portal, tap the Juiced Icon on the top left side of the Home Screen 5 times
A password popup will appear on the screen.

Note: The First time you login, you are required to provide some additional information to personalise the content shared with you
How to create a journey/playlist
At the bottom of your screen you will have two boxes to choose - discover & your library
Click your library
Click Create journey (NB: the text you input when creating a new journey is visible to patients and families, so try and make it fun)
Search and add videos in this portal, OR you can return to the 'discover page' and add videos individually from there by clicking the 3 dots in the top right corner on the thumbnail image.
How to search for a video in the Healthcare Team Portal (aka Health Hub)
Click the search tab at the top - enter a key word
eg: speech pathologist, Cooktown
How to share a journey/playlist
Once you've added your videos, you'll want to share it! Every video playlist has a unique code associated with it.
There are 2 places to find this code
- click share on the left hand side of your video playlist
or
- in the 'your library' section, you can click insert
How to receive a journey 'kid side'
NB: If you're in you're healthcare teams portal, tap the menu button on the top right side of the screen - select exit portal
Once in the general home screen, tap on the dark green journal icon on the top right side.
Click 'add journey' or the + button in the top right of the page
