THE JUICED CREW

PIP RUSSELL - FOUNDER / MANAGING DIRECTOR

For 9 years, Pip fronted two of Network Ten’s national children’s shows Toasted TV and Totally Wild. During this time she was very lucky to have adventures throughout the country and overseas, meet some incredibly inspiring people, and get up close with animals she’d never even heard of! During her time with Ten, Pip gained extensive production skills working on national and international shoots, while using her public profile to champion many charitable organisations such as The Children’s Hospital Foundation, Care Australia, The PA Research Foundation and Cerebral Palsy League.

Pip’s deep passion for supporting meaningful causes, has also seen her raise over $20,000 for cancer research at the Queensland Institute of Medical Research, present a documentary on Australian Aid in Cambodia, volunteer in remote villages in Africa, as well as within local organisations.

In 2014 she left her job at Network Ten to bring Juiced TV to life - an idea that was in the making for over 3 years-  to bring together her experience and her passion for making a difference.

DREW JARVIS- SERIES PRODUCER

Drew has worked in kids’ TV for over ten years. After getting his start on the Nine Network show, “The Shak” as a presenter, producer and writer, he has moved to work for various networks and production companies including Lab Rats Challenge, as the lead writer on ABC3’s W.A.C: World Animal Championships, and as a Series Producer on Network Ten’s Toasted TV and Totally Wild.

Drew loves creating unique and engaging entertainment for young people. Juiced TV provides the perfect opportunity for this, whilst affecting the lives of the hosts and the audience in such a positive way, proving that with passion, fun and creativity - anything is possible.

STEPHANIE FRICK - PRODUCTION ASSISTANT

Steph always knew she needed a job that would harness her creativity and allow her to connect with people with purpose, so leaving her hometown of Adelaide to join the Juiced Crew was an easy decision.

Steph has spent the last few years earning her Bachelor of Journalism degree, travelling the world, and managing and reporting for online publication, ‘Who Won’, showcasing Adelaide’s senior high school sports competitions.

Her passion for TV production, engaging with people and sharing their stories was heightened after assisting on the Channel Seven production 'SA Life', and Steph is now ready to bring her bubbly energy to the hospital and improve the lives of sick kids.

AMANDA BROOMHALL - PRODUCTION CO-ORDINATOR

Amanda got her start the film & television industry working on a low-budget film back in 2006. But since then, with lots of hard work and a bit of luck, she has coordinated many projects from documentaries, feature films, commercials & children’s television shows such as The Horseman, Mental, Bindi's Bootcamp, Totally Wild, Qld Weekender and Creek to Coast.

It was easy for Amanda to see how her skill set would be a great asset in helping to make a positive difference to the patients and families in hospital. There's almost nothing that Amanda can't make possible, and nearly two years after joining the team she still gets over-excited about co-ordinating the special guests, entertainment and external hospital experiences that make Juiced TV what it is.
